Today’s workout was another kettlebell workout but this time without any swings.
I did four sets with my 12 lbs kettlebell:
- Goblet squats (10 reps)
- Rows with lunge (8 reps per side)
- Pushups (10 reps)
- March in place (20 reps)
- Mountain climbers (20 reps)
Music is very important for me to be able to complete any exercise by myself. I was able to do a set per song and listened to very high energy angry songs in order to finish this. Any leftover time in the song was used to pant and question why the heck I was doing this to myself.
All in all, it was a pretty good workout and I will probably do it again soon.
