1 mile walk Half an hour of stretching I never thought I would get to the point where planking felt good, but here I am.
I also need to remember to charge my wireless headphones before I go. The cord on my cheap headphones just gets in my way.

Today was Amanda’s training day with Trainer Jamie!
Started with a walk on the treadmill and stretching to warm up.
Deadlift sets:
10x 95 lbs
8x 135 lbs
8x 135 lbs
Goblet squats with kettlebell (no idea what weight):
3 sets of 10 reps
Russian twists on a box with a kettlebell (no idea what weight):
3 sets of 10 reps
Deadlift and drop, 15 sec rest between reps:

We did 1 km today!
New personal best for me with the first 4-lap set under 7 minutes! (6:52)
Today’s 4x50m lap sets went:
3x: Breast stroke
Left side stroke
Front crawl
Right side stroke
2x: Breast stroke
Left side stroke

Breast stroke

The theme was guided movement (aka all the benches and cages were full so we used the machines).
Leg extensions 50 lbs Rear delts 60, 80 lbs Leg press 150 lbs High row 90 lbs Shoulder press 70 lbs

16 50m laps My favorite part was when I realized there were 8 women swimming laps in the lap pool.
