15 50m laps We were going to do five sets (4 laps each set), but after set three decided to only do four and then soak in the spa.

16 50m laps done in sets of 4 I guess this means it is time to start working on 5 sets of 4 laps.
Remember a year ago I couldn’t do a lap without resting.
