Today I started with a yoga video. After 10 minutes of trying to keep up, I quit and switched to a mat pilates video. The yoga instructor was expecting the viewer to remember all the poses in a flow and I don’t have that kind of attention keeping at this point.
The pilates video was only 20 minutes but it still kicked my butt. I am very glad they had one person always doing the modifications for the exercises. I could always look to her to see how to make it easier if needed. The instructor was always explaining either the exercise, how many we had left, or reminding us to breathe. It was chatty but I felt I could keep up and knew more or less what I was doing.
Tomorrow I think I will try a strength video.
