Today was an Amanda training day with Trainer J. I asked for an easy day because I have an important meeting I need to be alive and alert for this afternoon.
So J’s solution was 100 reps of leg press. (Insert Amanda’s confused blinking face here)
Leg Press:
20x 180 lbs
20x 270 lbs
20x 270 lbs
20x 360 lbs
10x 450 lbs
10x 540 lbs
Overhead Row:
12x 90 lbs
12x 140 lbs
12x 180 lbs
Step Ups: holding a stupid sand ball of indeterminate weight
2 sets of 10 reps for each leg
Stretching. Stretching is critical. Stretching took effort today.

Risk analysis and related personal philosiphies on risk and reward
Proper application of population statistics and the difference between population statistics and predictive analytics
This morning ran deep. And also distracted me from how hard 100 leg press reps are.
