Today was Amanda’s second training day with Trainer J this week and it was arm day.
Offset Bench Press: full set below done twice
10x bar plus 2x 10 lbs on each side (85 lbs total)
10x bar plus 2x 10 on the right, 1x 10 lbs on the left, only right arm
10x bar plus 2x 10 on the left, 1x 10 lbs on the right, only left arm
10x 85 lbs
High Rows:
15x 90 lbs
12x 110 lbs
12x 110 lbs
Sideways Rows:
12x 25 lbs each side
12x 27.5 lbs each side
12x 30 lbs each side
Pull and Lifts: low weight
3 sets of 10 reps
Lots of post-workout stretching, especially legs which were sore from Monday’s workout.
Today’s lifting-high discussion included a Christmas/birthday present from Trainer J (yes, about 2 months late) and relaxing and goal setting.
