Today we went with heavy deadlifts followed by some light arms.
Dead lift warm up sets: Amanda and Jenn both
10x 95 lbs
10x 145 lbs
Dead lift / drops: lift from floor, held 4 seconds
Amanda - 1x 225 lbs, 2x 275 lbs (NEW PR!!)
Jenn - 3x 185 lbs (NEW PR!!!)
Overhead press, standing:
Amanda - 10x 45 lbs, 10x 65 lbs, 10x 65 lbs

Today was Amanda’s training day with Trainer Jamie!
Started with a walk on the treadmill and stretching to warm up.
Deadlift sets:
10x 95 lbs
8x 135 lbs
8x 135 lbs
Goblet squats with kettlebell (no idea what weight):
3 sets of 10 reps
Russian twists on a box with a kettlebell (no idea what weight):
3 sets of 10 reps
Deadlift and drop, 15 sec rest between reps:
